Sri Debashis Sen is an experienced administrator with a demonstrated history of working in senior government positions. As the Chairman of NKDA (New Town Kolkata Development Authority, West Bengal), he has been instrumental in spearheading several wellfare intitatives with a special focus on increasing the green cover of the city. He is also the Managing Director for West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (HIDCO). His guidance and patronage will give wings to our environmental sustainability and social development cause.

Sanjay Singh is an engineering graduate with a rich working experience in diverse industries across many geographies. Apart from his professional assignments, he has been an enthusiastic environmentalist throughout his career. Working as Vice President in CFlo he is keenly associated with Sand Grains Foundation as its Director and driving the mission of tree plantation and skill development among underprivileged youth.

Other than being a Director of Sand Grains Foundation, Mr. Binay Kumar Agarwal is also a Director in Dollar Industries, Saltee Projects and many other prominent businesses. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has contributed immensely to various social causes in different capacities. His presense in the Board adds a lot of value and helps steer the organization in the right direction.

A serial entrepreneur with a passion for promoting the concept of a circular economy, Mr. Manish Bhartia, is the Promoter and Managing Director of CFlo. As an investor and a philanthropist, he has been associated with various charitable organizations and social causes aimed at environment conservation and upskilling of the country's youth.

Rajni Bhartia

Rajni Bhartia is the Founding Director of the Sand Grains Foundation and works closely with the entire leadership team to help create the blueprint of the organization. She is especially passionate about education, skill development and vocational training of the underprivileged for better livelihood options. In the past, as the Chairperson of Round Table Ladies Circle-3, she has executed several such projects involving destitute children.
